Why the surface is narrowed.

A short note from the SKENAI architect — for the curious, for the security-minded, for DXC.

For the next two weeks, skenai.net answers exactly three questions: what RATIO does, what the DXC topology does, and what William does. Every other path renders the page that pointed you here. This is by design.

SECURITY HARDENING

A live engagement is a live attack surface. Narrowing the public footprint to three audited demo paths reduces the blast radius of every class of vulnerability — supply-chain, prompt injection, route fuzzing, credential probing — by an order of magnitude. The work continues at full pace; only the public exposure of unfinished surfaces is paused.

DRIFT PREVENTION

During an engagement, the demo surfaces themselves are continuously rehearsed and tightened. Letting the rest of the network ship in parallel risks introducing visible drift between what is being demonstrated and what is being merged. We freeze the public copy, keep the back-of-house moving, and lift both at once when the window closes.

FOCUSED EXPERIENCE

The three live demos — RATIO, the DXC topology, and William — are the load-bearing answers to the questions DXC is asking. A narrowed front door means every visitor who arrives during this window finds those answers in one click, not seven. Curiosity is a finite asset; we spend it on the work.

The hardened posture lifts May 12, 2026. Full network breadth — research, blogs, governance, the marketplace, the federation — returns the same day. Until then, the three demos below are the network.
