VGA (v2.0) relies on discrete "Certification Primitives" tied to specific computations. We propose the Heartbeat Primitive, a continuous temporal proof of life.
A continuous, timestamped signal emitted by decentralized Geodes. If the pulse stream is interrupted for a duration exceeding the sovereign threshold, the system enters a non-negotiable state of Cardiac Arrest.
We move from "proving what happened" to "proving the system is still functional." Accountability is retrospective; Heartbeats are existential.
Democratic Remediation: Autonomous Authority
Correctness (v2.0) is a proof; Authority (v3.0) is a vote. Upon detecting a failure, the system automatically generates a Remediation Proposal.
No infrastructure repair is executed by a single master. Instead, proposals must pass a high-integrity quorum of active peers, ensuring the "Immune Response" is a collective, cryptographically-proven decision.
Economic Finality: The Self-Sustaining Circuit

Using cooperative game theory, we reward agents based on their marginal contribution to the system's resilience, creating a mathematically stable equilibrium where healing the network is more profitable than harming it.
